The block toolbar (like notion) can transform, relocate, or modify blocks
The list view (top left side) is a hierarchy view for blocks

Images, excel sheets, etc
Always add alternative text for viewers who can’t view the image (won’t load or something)
You can crop, scale, or resize images
Make sure file names are descriptive and standardized to help search engines
Optimizing Images:
- Larger videos should be embedded from youtube or vimeo, saving space in library and performance
- There are plugins to optimize images for you, should use one
